The second go-around with Verizon FIOS Tech support. If you can't tell, I'm trying to cross my eyes in a demonstration of frustration... but I just look retarded.

If Kevin's laptop works with the same router/cables/etc., I'd say it is isolated to your computer. Have you updated your virus defs and run a scan lately?
