My Visiting Teacher came by tonight and brought with her the sister missionaries, Sis. Vehikite (from Tonga) and Sis. Liew (from Malaysia). Upon completion of the message, Sis. Liew broke out her guitar and the pair sang a few songs... it was beautiful! I had to get this one on video so you all could partake:

Are they not wonderful or what!! I had them speak at a fireside and they sang that song too. It was so powerful. Very cool sisters.
Well, not as cool as Zoey licking Kevin while he does sit-ups and watches home shopping network, but close.
Clearly home teaching and visiting teaching are two entirely different schools of thought. I had a home teaching companion a few years back who felt obligated to interview the home teachees and ask them if they were holding family prayer, FHE and keeping the sabbath day holy, stuff like that. I was embarrassed. The goal was not to invite the spirit, it was to make sure we never got in the door again!
I soon got Gregory as my HT companion, he would ask me every 5 minutes if we could leave now.
