When I signed up (a month ago) to bring a cake to tonight's Enrichment dinner, I had great plans of baking a yummy homemade - or at least semi-homemade - cake. I even found what looks like a tasty recipe for a coconut cake. But when this week rolled around, all I could muster was a box mix and store-bought frosting. Ugh.

at least you mustered up a box cake (which I'm sure was yummy)! I mustered up the energy {barely} to go to the store and buy one!!
But what presentation...beautiful! Boxed mix is so yummy...don't apologize!
