Oh sad day... Jenniffer is moving away this week. How dare she! We got together, not to say "good-bye," but "see you later." She won't be able to shake us that easily.

I took a tip from my good friend, Jenniffer (aka Customer Service Queen). After a especially sub-par experience at the Starbucks in downtown Louisville, I sent an e-mail to the corporate office. In the mail came a nice letter and free drink coupons. Thanks Starbucks, and thanks Jenn!
