day 111

After church today. I can't resist a bargain... Kate's dress = $6.48.
And Connor's now wearing Kevin's suit!

day 110

Kate + sidewalk chalk... Something we may need to bring up in a few years when she becomes a teenager.

day 109

Connor doing what he loves best...

day 108

I love opening up a new tub o' ice cream...

day 107

Dinner at Costco - a slice of pizza and a churro.

day 106

My Visiting Teacher came by tonight and brought with her the sister missionaries, Sis. Vehikite (from Tonga) and Sis. Liew (from Malaysia). Upon completion of the message, Sis. Liew broke out her guitar and the pair sang a few songs... it was beautiful! I had to get this one on video so you all could partake:

singing Where Can I Turn For Peace

day 105

Today was so BORING! Can you tell? A picture of my filthy kitchen window and the junk on the sill... lame.

Sunday, April 13, 2008

day 104

My brother Peter's birthday was on Thursday (4/10). We got together at my parent's house tonight to celebrate.

(P.S. He met a girl last night in whom he's interested... I've got my fingers crossed.)

day 103

Got a new key bowl today...

day 102

Tonight we celebrated Jenniffer's birthday... First, 27 Dresses at the cheap theater, then off Chili's for the requisite fried food (got a few yummy "clumps" of tortilla chips), delectable desserts, and a Tums night-cap (nothing like antacid to show that we're getting old!). For the group shot and insight to the goings-on at Chili's (via a "letter" to our waiter) see Julie's blog HERE and Dyana's HERE. (Note: I don't think I'm really as large and whale-like in real-life as I appear in the group picture... but maybe I'm wrong).

By the way, I really liked 27 Dresses. The quintessential chick-flick. What I loved most about it was this:

Mmmmmmm... James Marsden. Dreamy! So 7th-grade of me, I know. But look at him!

day 101

One of my most favorite subjects....

day *100*

My travel bag on the bathroom counter... Could anything be more boring than this for DAY 100 of this project?? Boy, I'm in a rut!

Tuesday, April 8, 2008

day 99

KT in "the gym" - a.k.a. the corner of the garage, squeezed in between the washing machine and the shelves of crap.

Monday, April 7, 2008

day 98

Had an absolutely non-eventful day... it was kind of nice, but there was nothing really picture worthy. The last moments of the day -- getting ready for my cozy bed and a good book.

Sunday, April 6, 2008

day 97

Much to my satisfaction, it seems our going-home St. George Cafe Rio lunch stop is becoming a regular thing.

Saturday, April 5, 2008

day 96

Mark came down from Logan to SLC to attend the first session of General Conference in the conference center. He came up to Bountiful to meet us for lunch. Connor wanted to wrestle him in the parking lot, but had to make do with picking up (pretty much against Mark's will).

Friday, April 4, 2008

day 95

Morning hike in Zion National Park.

Thursday, April 3, 2008

day 94

Rear view shot... another long ride to Utah.

Wednesday, April 2, 2008

day 93

Today we checked out the USS Midway. This was taken in one of the many control rooms. Go *HERE* for the post.

day 92

This is Kevin's contribution to my blog. Taken with his camera phone this afternoon, he sent this photo to me while I was slaving away at my desk in the office. Somehow Zoey got herself stuck in the Ugly Tree. She likely was trying to get to one of the branches.
